A writer, I live in Brooklyn, New York and Old Saybrook, Connecticut with my best friend and spouse, Rosemary. We have been friends for over thirty years, since Rosemary came to work with me at the Connecticut Office of Policy and Management in 1979. We each have a daughter, and each daughter has a son. Our grandsons are 3 and 17. We have a new granddaughter also - two months old. We also have a son-in-law and a future-son-in-law who has five sons. We love them all. Even their cats.
